More cities are likely to loosen restrictions as cash-strapped local governments are eager for revenue from land auctions and sales taxes to finance projects, experts said.

專家稱，更多城市正在醞釀“松綁”，因為地方政府迫于資金短缺，正積極尋求從土地拍賣和房產(chǎn)銷售稅中獲取財政收入，來為項目融資。

樓市限購“松綁”，英文表達(dá)是loosen restrictions on housing sales，不過醞釀限購的都是二三線城市，像北京上海這樣的一線城市依然不可能lift the restrictions(取消限購)。

專家指出，房市的regional divergence(地區(qū)分化)今年會進(jìn)一步加劇。進(jìn)入2014年以來，潛在購房者的wait-and-see sentiment(觀望心態(tài))一直很濃厚。
