聽懂雙語有聲英語內(nèi)容的五個步驟
第一步,就是聽。在完全沒有看過原文的情況下聽。因為生詞很多,每個句子又很長,通常我只能聽到句子中個別字詞,幾乎不能明白整個句子的意思,只能對所聽內(nèi)容有一個很初步的了解。聽幾遍呢?至少5遍。在認真聽的過程中,個別前面沒聽出的詞或句子在下一遍可能會聽出更多一些。期間要注意克服打瞌睡的情況,有兩種情況下極容易讓人犯困,一種是聽力內(nèi)容極其簡單,語速又慢時,會讓人提不起勁兒;另一種是聽力內(nèi)容非常難,語速又快,讓人怎么都跟不上節(jié)奏。如果感覺自己困,不妨拿起筆隨便寫寫,維持自己的精神狀態(tài)。不要被聽不懂的英語打敗,畢竟沒有人生來就會任何語言,都是通過后天長時間學會的,要有耐心和恒心。
第二步,查生詞或一些短語搭配,記發(fā)音,根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)詞典中的英文翻譯,確定生詞在文章中的準確含義。然后結(jié)合上下文,琢磨文章大意。將生詞保留到手機生詞本,定時復習。比如“at a stretch”,雖然我知道stretch有一個動詞含義是伸展,但這里短語就用作名詞,名詞的含義我不知道,所以要查詞,查詢后知道這是一口氣的意思,代入進去,符合原文大意。記單詞,不能僅僅就是記單詞,最好要將它連著介詞的短語一起記憶,這有利于分類記憶,同時能記住短語使用的場景,方便組詞造句,順便造個句子,“I learned 10 pages at a stretch”。第二步的閱讀理解至關(guān)重要,我們必須搞懂里面在講什么,后面才能聽清聽懂。
第三步,一邊聽一邊看,跟著閱讀文章。這個時候,要特別關(guān)注發(fā)音和句中停頓,哪里快哪里慢,也會存在連讀現(xiàn)象,記住和習慣有聲書閱讀的聲調(diào),享受它,盡量去模仿它。
第四步,脫離文章繼續(xù)聽。這個時候會發(fā)現(xiàn)原來聽不清的地方會漸漸清楚起來,當然水平問題有些地方還是會聽不清,不要著急,抽點時間多聽幾遍。聽到原本查過的單詞或短語,腦海里過一遍,回想一下含義,就能記牢一些。聽的過程中,可以試試能不能脫離文章自己復述,這樣幾遍下來,想必文章會相當熟悉。
第五步,隔幾天后再聽。之前四步學習的文章熟悉后,往后面的章節(jié)內(nèi)容學,學幾天后再回過頭重新聽之前的內(nèi)容,溫故而知新。
這樣五個步驟,知易行難。聽不清,聽不懂,內(nèi)心煩躁,受到打擊,學習過程中心態(tài)問題會多多少少干擾學習的進度,甚至半途而廢。
適當調(diào)整自己心態(tài),想想他人成功的例子,給自己鼓勁加油;再想想小孩子怎么學語言的,多聽聽,多模仿,看看他們煩躁嗎?肯定不煩躁。都是一點一點學,日積月累才能學成一門語言。
