　　We both shrugged and laughed. 我們兩人都聳聳肩，笑一笑。

　　He came and sat down and spoke to me. 他進來，坐下和我說話。

　　We felt hot, tired and thirsty. 我們覺得又熱，又累，口又干。

　　He is healthy and handsome. 他既健康又帥氣。

　　2. 短語+并列連詞+短語

　　The butterflies flew over our heads and about the flowers. 蝴蝶在我們頭上飛，在花叢中飛。

　　3. 從句+并列連詞+從句

　　I know that he has been arrested and that he is in prison. 我知道他被捕而且坐牢了。

　　4. 分句+并列連詞+分句

　　I played the piano and she sang. 我彈鋼琴，她唱歌。

　　5. 其他

　　I declared this seriously and with confidence. 我嚴肅而且自信地做出聲明。(單詞+并列連詞+短語)

　　Lets take him to hospital or something. 咱們送他去醫(yī)院或做點什么。(分句+并列連詞+單詞)

　　注意：

　　and, both...and 連接兩個可數(shù)名詞時，一般謂語用復(fù)數(shù);or, either...or, neither...nor, not only...but also...謂語的數(shù)以謂語自身旁邊的主語為準。

　　Both salt and sugar dissolve easily. 鹽和糖均易溶解。

　　Not only the students but also the teacher is enjoying the film. 不僅學(xué)生而且老師都在津津樂道地看著電影。

　　Neither the students nor the teacher knows anything about it. 同學(xué)們和老師對此都一無所知。

　　Neither he nor they are wholly right. 他和他們，誰都不是完全對的。

　　Either he or I am right. 或者他對，或者我對。
