日前，為救助一名斷臂男孩，為他贏得“黃金時(shí)間”接臂，新疆和田機(jī)場(chǎng)最后一班飛往烏魯木齊的南航航班延后起飛，返回廊橋“二次開門”。醫(yī)護(hù)、機(jī)組、機(jī)場(chǎng)和101名乘客通力協(xié)作，開展了一場(chǎng)與時(shí)間賽跑的緊急搶救。

The airliner CZ6820 was being guided down the runway on April 30 at the Hotan airport in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to prepare for its departure.
4月30日，新疆和田機(jī)場(chǎng)CZ6820號(hào)航班準(zhǔn)備起飛的過程中，收到指令返回廊橋。

It was then stopped by the request of a father who rushed to send his seven-year-old son with a badly damaged arm to a hospital in Urumqi, capital of Xinjiang.
這架飛機(jī)是被一個(gè)父親叫停的。他著急地要將手臂重傷的兒子送去新疆烏魯木齊的醫(yī)院。

The boy required surgery within eight hours to save his arm, and in a race against time, crew members and passengers, police, medical workers and many other people joined in to help.
男孩需要在8小時(shí)之內(nèi)做手術(shù)，這是一場(chǎng)與時(shí)間的賽跑。機(jī)組成員、乘客、警察、醫(yī)護(hù)人員和其他的很多人都加入了這場(chǎng)緊急救援之中。

4月30日23時(shí)42分，在新疆和田機(jī)場(chǎng)，當(dāng)天最后一班飛往烏魯木齊的CZ6820航班按計(jì)劃已推出廊橋，準(zhǔn)備滑行起飛。

“我們能不能乘坐這個(gè)航班？”望著已經(jīng)推出廊橋的飛機(jī)，一名7歲男孩的父親在候機(jī)大廳，滿含淚水地向南航工作人員求助，“能不能把飛機(jī)叫回來？”

經(jīng)了解，這名7歲男孩的手臂被拖拉機(jī)皮帶輪絞斷，需緊急前往烏魯木齊進(jìn)行接臂手術(shù)。和田當(dāng)?shù)氐尼t(yī)生告知小孩父親，手術(shù)需要在6小時(shí)之內(nèi)完成，否則細(xì)胞壞死后將無法治療。

After the orthopedists in the hospital examined the arm, they suggested that as the injury was so severe that the arm would need to be severed and then reattached to properly align the bone fragments, otherwise the child would be disabled for life.
醫(yī)院的骨科醫(yī)生檢查完手臂后，建議由于傷勢(shì)嚴(yán)重，需要將手臂切斷，然后再復(fù)位，將骨片正確對(duì)齊，否則孩子將終身殘疾。

They decided to transfer him to the affiliated TCM hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi, which is more than 1,400 kilometers from Hotan prefecture. After the boy's wounds were bound up and the severed limb was preserved at a low temperature, he was sent to the Hotan airport to catch a flight to Urumqi.
他們決定把孩子轉(zhuǎn)到距離和田1400多公里的烏魯木齊新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬中醫(yī)醫(yī)院。男孩的傷口包扎好，斷肢低溫保存后，被送往和田機(jī)場(chǎng)趕往烏魯木齊的航班。

南航和田營(yíng)業(yè)處和新疆和田機(jī)場(chǎng)塔臺(tái)迅速將此情況反饋至上級(jí)部門。經(jīng)多方緊急協(xié)調(diào)，并征求101名旅客的同意，南航向機(jī)組下達(dá)了“滑回廊橋，二次開門”的決策。

為搶抓黃金救治時(shí)間，和田機(jī)場(chǎng)開啟地面綠色通道，使用擔(dān)架將小旅客送至客艙。

23：49，飛機(jī)滑回停機(jī)位，乘務(wù)組協(xié)調(diào)旅客預(yù)留出了寬敞空間，準(zhǔn)備好了冰塊等物品。

23：54，乘務(wù)長(zhǎng)再次打開艙門，小男孩和家屬在醫(yī)護(hù)人員的陪同下登機(jī)。

次日00：00，航班重新關(guān)門，推出廊橋。

00:09，航班順利起飛。

Zhao Yan, the flight's chief steward, said that as the doctors told her that the boy shouldn't fall asleep throughout the journey, she helped the boy to keep a clear mind by playing music. She also used ice cubes to cool down the severed limb.
該航班的乘務(wù)長(zhǎng)趙燕說，醫(yī)生告訴她，男孩在旅途中不能睡著，她通過播放音樂幫助男孩保持清醒的頭腦。她還用冰塊冷卻斷肢。

"During the flight, some passengers also helped to take care of the boy," she recalled.
她回憶說：“在飛行過程中，一些乘客還幫忙照顧男孩。

航班起飛后不久，遠(yuǎn)在烏魯木齊的南航現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行中心大廳里，值班人員正緊鑼密鼓地與烏魯木齊機(jī)場(chǎng)方面就航班落地時(shí)刻和停機(jī)位進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)。最終，停機(jī)位由原計(jì)劃的145號(hào)協(xié)調(diào)至103號(hào)，以確保受傷男孩可以更快地在飛機(jī)落地后送醫(yī)治療。

5月1日1：36，航班順利抵達(dá)烏魯木齊機(jī)場(chǎng)。小男孩一行三人優(yōu)先下機(jī)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)等候的急救車第一時(shí)間將他們送往新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬中醫(yī)醫(yī)院搶救。

經(jīng)過爭(zhēng)分奪秒的搶救，小男孩的斷臂終于接上了。目前，小男孩還要經(jīng)過7天的危險(xiǎn)期觀察。

It was at 2:10 am on May 1 when the seven-year-old finally arrived at the affiliated TCM hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi.
5月1日凌晨2點(diǎn)10分，小男孩終于來到了烏魯木齊新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬中醫(yī)醫(yī)院。

The hospital prioritized his case and organized more than 20 doctors and nurses from departments including blood transfusion, orthopedics, emergency and anesthesiology, according to Li Li, an orthopedist at the hospital.
據(jù)醫(yī)院骨科醫(yī)生李莉介紹，醫(yī)院對(duì)病患進(jìn)行了優(yōu)先處理，組織了輸血科、骨科、急診科、麻醉科等20多名醫(yī)護(hù)人員。

The surgery lasted for more than three hours and was successful.
手術(shù)持續(xù)了三個(gè)多小時(shí)，很成功。

小男孩的父親感激地向航班工作人員說：“好心人太多了，醫(yī)生、機(jī)場(chǎng)和飛機(jī)上的工作人員，我們?nèi)乙惠呑佣疾粫?huì)忘記。”
