Who Can Refuse 12 Smiles　誰能拒絕12次微笑

A passenger told an air hostess that he needed a cup of water to take his medicine when the plane just took off. She told him that she would bring him the water in ten minutes.

飛機(jī)剛剛起飛，一位乘客告訴空姐自己需要一杯水喝藥。空姐答應(yīng)十分鐘后把水送來。

Thirty minutes later, when the passenger’s ring for service sounded, the air hostess flew in a flurry. She was kept so busy that she forgot to deliver him the water. As a result, the passenger was held up to take his medicine. She hurried over to him with a cup of water, but he refused it.

半小時(shí)之后，那位乘客要求服務(wù)的鈴聲響起，空姐慌了神。她太忙了，以至于忘記把水給乘客送去。結(jié)果就是乘客耽誤了吃藥。她急忙給他送去一杯水，但他拒絕了。

In the following hours on the flight, each time the stewardess passed by the passenger she would ask him with a smile whether he needed help or not. But the passenger never paid heed to her.

接下來的幾個(gè)小時(shí)飛行中，空姐每次經(jīng)過那位乘客都會(huì)面帶微笑問他是否需要幫助。但那位乘客從不理睬她。

When he was going to get off the plane, the passenger asked the stewardess to hand him the passengers’ booklet. She was very sad. She knew that he would write down sharp words, but with a smile she handed it to him.

當(dāng)乘客要下飛機(jī)時(shí)，他要求空姐把乘客意見薄拿過來?？战愫軅?。她認(rèn)為他會(huì)寫批評(píng)的話，但仍面帶微笑把意見薄遞給他。

Off the plane, she opened the booklet, and cracked a smile, for the passenger put it, “On the flight, you asked me whether I need help or not for twelve times in all. How can I refuse your twelve sincere smiles?”

下了飛機(jī)，她打開意見薄，臉上綻開了笑容，因?yàn)槌丝褪沁@樣寫的：“在飛機(jī)上，你一共問了我12次是否需要幫助。我怎么能夠拒絕你12次真誠(chéng)的微笑呢？”

That’s right! Who can refuse your twelve sincere smiles from a person?
