　　When you love who you are and have no problem with who you are, confidence Is guaranteedto show up. Lack of confidence shows up when you're happy with yourself, your character, andbecause you feel inadequate. But someone who loves who they are, and goes about this dailyhas an unstoppable amount of self confidence. And that's attractive which ever way you slicethe cake!

　　當(dāng)你愛真正的自己，且覺得自己現(xiàn)在一切都好時(shí)，你就有自信了。正是因?yàn)槟阌X得自己不夠好，所以才對(duì)自身和性格感到不滿足，進(jìn)而缺乏自信。但那些愛自己的人，在日常生活中會(huì)有源源不斷的自信心。這樣一來，不管你用什么方式展現(xiàn)自己，你都會(huì)非常有魅力!

　　If you know you're speaking your truth and nothing but your truth, nobody can hold thatagainst you. It's not possible. People will only hold something against you If you give themreason to, or If there's blatant proof. Be yourself, keep it real, speak your truth, then nobodywill be able to hold anything against you. No matter what!

　　如果你說的是真話，那么，沒有人能反駁你，也根本不可能想要反駁你。只有當(dāng)你給他們的理由或證據(jù)太過蒼白無力時(shí)，他們才會(huì)跟你辯駁。請(qǐng)做自己，信守真誠(chéng)，堅(jiān)持說真話，那么不管發(fā)生什么事情，都不會(huì)有人跟你唱反調(diào)!

　　If you have to prove your honesty to somebody, chances are you've already lost the battle.When you have to prove something It usually means you're not capable of doing it. When youknow who you are and what you stand for, trying to Impress others Is irrelevant. Leave the"proving" to those who feel It's necessary.

　　如果你必須向某人證明你的誠(chéng)信，那么，你可能已經(jīng)失去別人對(duì)你的信任了;如果你必須要證明一些東西，那么，這也就意味著你難以成事了。當(dāng)你清楚你是誰以及你代表著什么的時(shí)候，你才不會(huì)把別人看得那么重要，而"證明"，就留給那些覺得有必要的人吧!

　　If you go through your whole life feeling like a faker, being a faker, and living a lie, your friendswill reflect that. Like they say, you are what you're around and there's a lot of truth to that. Ifyou want to have honest friends who aren't afraid to keep it real, maybe you need to work onyourself first. Only then will you attract the right friends. If you're already honest as it is, butyour friends are the opposite, maybe you need to meet some new people.

　　The most happy years in my life, including today, have been a result of doing the things I wantto do. Being the person I'm meant to be. Doing the things I believe in. And most importantly,being honest with myself. If you're constantly doing things to make others happy, but notyourself, you're bound to stress yourself out. You've got to put your happiness first beforeanything else.

　　從以前到今時(shí)今日，我這一生之所以快樂，皆因我做了自己真正想做的事情，成為自己想要成為的那個(gè)人，在做自己相信的事情，而最重要的是，我忠于自己。如果你總是去做會(huì)讓別人開心而不會(huì)讓自己開心的事情，那么你一定會(huì)把自己折磨死。你一定要將自己的快樂擺在首位，其他事情則次之。
