B: How could my trouble in school be a good thing? It feels like I'm a failure!

B: 我在學(xué)校遇到的麻煩怎么會(huì)是件好事呢?感覺(jué)我是個(gè)失敗者!

A: You are not a failure honey, you are the apple of my eye! And I am very proud of you, no one expects you to do everything perfectly, you are doing your best, that is all that matters. You work hard, and you should feel good about your performance in school. This situation gives you the chance to turn over a new leaf, and think differently about yourself. You are smart and you don't need to compare yourself to others.

A: 親愛(ài)的，你不是失敗者，你是我的掌上明珠!我為你感到驕傲，沒(méi)有人期望你把每件事都做得完美，你盡了最大的努力，這才是最重要的。你學(xué)習(xí)很努力，你應(yīng)該對(duì)自己在學(xué)校的表現(xiàn)感到滿意。這種情況給了你一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，翻開(kāi)新的一頁(yè)，以不同的方式思考自己。你很聰明，不需要拿自己和別人比較。

B: What do you mean? That grades don't define me?
