442　look, see和watch

1　look 強調(diào)看的動作，指主動地、有意識地“看”，通常作不及物動詞，后跟賓語時要用look at, look into等。

Look ! Some children are playing over there. 瞧，一些小孩在那邊玩耍。

He looked in that direction and saw a plane. 他朝那個方向看，看見一架飛機。

May I look at the picture? 我可以看看那幅畫嗎？

2　see 意為“看見，看到”，強調(diào)看的結(jié)果，不一定是有意識地看，為及物動詞。

If you close your eyes, you can't see . 閉上眼睛，你就看不見。

He saw a bird in the tree. 他看見樹上有一只鳥。

I looked hard but saw nothing. 我盡力地看，但什么也看不見。

He looked round and saw nothing. 他轉(zhuǎn)過頭來看了一下，但什么也沒看到。

We are going to see the play. 我們要去看戲。（有意識地）

3　watch 意為“觀看，注視”，強調(diào)看的過程，為有意識地看，是及物動詞。

We watched a football game yesterday. 我們昨天看了一場足球賽。

I watch TV every evening. 我每天晚上看電視。
