269　date與day

1　date 意為“日期”，指具體的年、月、日。

What is the date today？今天幾號？

The date of her birth is April 8th, 1983. 她出生的日期是1983年4月8號。

I can't see the date on the letter. 我看不清信上的日期。

2　day 表示“1天，1日”，可用單數(shù)或復數(shù)。

One day is enough. 1天就夠了。

There are seven days in a week. 1周有7天。

3　day 表示“白天，日間”，是night 的反義詞。

In winter the days are short and the nights are long. 冬天晝短夜長。

Days are getting longer. 白天變長了。

4　day 表示“時代，年代”，用復數(shù)形式。

How happy we were in our school days ! 在學生時代，我們多么幸福呀！

He was poor in the old days . 他過去很窮。

Radios are very cheap these days .（正） 現(xiàn)在收音機很便宜 。

Radios are very cheap in these days . （正） （these days前可用介詞 ）
