1　always 強調動作的重復，常用于一般現(xiàn)在時中。

I always get up at five in the morning. 我總是早晨5點鐘起床。

He always thinks himself more clever than others. 他總是認為自己比別人聰明。

2　all the time 強調連續(xù)性，表示自始至終，常放在句尾。

The girls were singing and dancing all the time at the party. 晚會上，女孩子們一直跳呀，唱呀。

The door is closed all the time . 那門一直關著。

有時，always和all the time可換用，意思上差別不大，但位置不同。

She is busy all the time . 她一直在忙著。
