Dear Sirs,

Your shipment of our Order No.2536 has arrived today. Upon unpacking the consignment, however, we found that 35 out of the 90 typewriters we ordered were different goods. We ordered DK-362 but 35 out of the 90 units you sent us were DK-361.

We would like you to send us 35 units of DK-362 immediately as we are in urgent need of them. As for the 35 units of DK-361 you mistakenly sent us, we will send them back to you for your account.
