vii. 關(guān)系代詞as

1. as可指人也可指物，多與such, the same連用，構(gòu)成such ... as,　the same ... as結(jié)構(gòu)。

I don't like such books as you are reading these days.

我不喜歡這些天來(lái)你們?cè)谧x的這類(lèi)書(shū)籍。

They are the same people as I met with in Shanghai the other day.

他們就是前幾天我在上海見(jiàn)過(guò)的同一些人。

2. such ... as意為“諸如……之類(lèi)的”，as在從句中作主語(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)或表語(yǔ)。

Such books as you bought yesterday are good.

昨天你買(mǎi)的這類(lèi)書(shū)很好。

Such friends as you have made are good persons.

你所交的這些朋友都是好人。

I have never heard of such a clever boy as　he is!

我從來(lái)沒(méi)有聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)像他這樣聰明的孩子!

Have you heard of such a story as he told just now?

你聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)剛才他講述的這樣的故事嗎？

注意： such ... that意為“如此……以至于”時(shí)，引導(dǎo)的是結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句，that在從句中不作任何成分。

He is such a good student that all the teachers like very much. （定語(yǔ)從句）

他是所有老師都喜歡的這么一個(gè)好學(xué)生。

He is such a good student that all the teachers like him very much.(結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句)

他是如此好的學(xué)生以至于所有老師都喜歡他。

3. the same ... as意為“與……相同的”，as在從句中作主語(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)、表語(yǔ)；在意義上，定語(yǔ)從句指與先行詞同一類(lèi)的人/物。

I'd like to buy the same pen as you are using.

我想買(mǎi)與你正在用的相同的鋼筆。

Don't make the same mistakes as you made last time.

不要犯你上次犯過(guò)的同樣的錯(cuò)誤。

This is the same pen as was lost by me last night.

這與我昨天夜里丟的那支鋼筆一模一樣。

4. the same ... that在意義上，定語(yǔ)從句指與先行詞是同一個(gè)人/物。

This is the same book that I read last week.

這就是我上周讀的那本書(shū)。

This is the same boy that helped me the other day.

這就是前幾天幫過(guò)我的男孩兒。
