I hope you find it in you to forgive yourself for not having known how to cope with the world better.

我希望你從心底原諒自己，如果你曾經(jīng)面對困難窮于應(yīng)付，手足無措。

For being selfish, for hurting others while you were hurting.

如果你曾做出自私的舉動(dòng)，自己受傷時(shí)也傷害了別人。

For making rash decisions because of temporary feelings that left permanent consequences.

如果你曾因?yàn)橐粫r(shí)的強(qiáng)烈情緒而做出草率的決定，卻導(dǎo)致了不可挽回的后果。

For subconsciously putting yourself through hard times because you thought you deserved it.

如果你曾讓自己備受折磨，因?yàn)闈撘庾R(shí)里你判定自己罪有應(yīng)得。

For not giving your 100% in everything you did.For not having reached your full potential because of external and internal problems you had to deal with that led to disrupting your growth.

如果你曾對自己應(yīng)該做的事不盡全力。如果你不得不處理外在或內(nèi)心的問題，以至于無法順利成長，無法發(fā)揮自己的全部潛能。

For having to rely on self-destructive ways to either suppress or release your pain.

如果你曾用摧殘自己的方式來抑制或發(fā)泄痛苦。

Maybe it’s time to let yourself heal and believe that you deserve better, despite how you sometimes still feel otherwise.

或許現(xiàn)在你應(yīng)該讓自己好起來了，現(xiàn)在你應(yīng)該相信自己值得擁有更好的人生，即便有時(shí)你會(huì)誤入歧途，產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤的想法。

You have learnt from those trying times and the only way to stop sabotaging your own life is to let go of all the parts you think deserved the misery you used to put yourself in.

從那些艱難的日子中你已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)，如若你不想再毀滅自己的人生，你就要放棄那些負(fù)面的念頭，是它們讓你相信，你應(yīng)該給自己找些苦頭，你罪有應(yīng)得。

Don’t punish yourself forever for the way you protected yourself the only way you knew how.

如果你只是想保護(hù)自己，可是你只知道一種方法，不要總是為此懲罰自己。

You were the person you had to be, and after all that person was the one that got you through till this day.

無需把自己變成別的模樣，你就是自己的成長目標(biāo)；那個(gè)為你一路披荊斬棘直至今日的人難道不是你自己嗎？

I hope you let that person grow into someone you’d actually learn to love and like – I hope you let them be the best version of themselves.

愿你心中的自我能夠成長，愿你能學(xué)會(huì)真心愛他，欣賞他。愿你內(nèi)心的自我成長成他們最好的模樣。

You deserve the love you deprived yourself of.

你曾剝奪了自己接收愛的權(quán)利，你值得獲得那些愛。
