Wear masks outdoors 佩戴口罩
Wearing a mask is one of the most effective ways to protect you from getting infected.
戴口罩是一個(gè)重要的預(yù)防方法。
Make sure to wear it properly by tightening up the nose clip and pulling the bottom of it over your chin so that your nose and mouth are both covered.
戴口罩時(shí)要讓鼻夾緊貼鼻翼,把口罩褶皺拉至下巴部位,保證鼻子和嘴巴被完全罩起來。
If you're not feeling well or have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough and trouble breathing,a mask is also needed to prevent you from spreading viruses to others.
如果你覺得不舒服或者是出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、乏力、干咳、呼吸困難等癥狀,也應(yīng)該佩戴口罩,防止病毒傳染給其他人。

Make sure that shared spaces have good air flow and avoid going to crowded places such as hospital,railway stations and airports. Wear a mask if transport or movement is necessary.
注意保持室內(nèi)空氣流通,避免去人員密集的地方(如醫(yī)院、火車站、機(jī)場等),必要時(shí)可佩戴口罩。
Seek prompt medicals attention if you have symptoms of fever and respiratory infection.
如有發(fā)熱和其他呼吸道感染癥狀,及時(shí)到醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就診。
Avoid close contact with people who have flu or cold-like symptoms.
避免近距離接觸有流感或者感冒癥狀的人。
Eat thoroughly cooked meat and eggs. Avoid a contact with wild animals or farmed livestock without any protection.
烹調(diào)時(shí)徹底煮熟肉類和蛋類。在無保護(hù)措施時(shí),避免接觸野生動物和家禽家畜。
