Pick up的常用表達(dá)：

1、買東西
Hector's picking up lunch for everyone. Make sure you tell him what you want.
Hector在給大家買午餐。記得要告訴他你們想要的東西。
Shoot! I forgot the salad dressing. I'll need to go back and pick up a bottle.
哎呀!我忘記買沙拉調(diào)料了。我得回去買一瓶。

*句中的 shoot 就是臟話 shit 的文明版說(shuō)法。
*salad dressing = 沙拉調(diào)料

2、接電話
Are you going to pick up the phone? It's ringing.
你要去接電話嗎?電話響了。
Carey won't pick up or return my texts. I don't know what she's doing.
Carey不會(huì)接我電話，也不會(huì)回復(fù)我信息。我不知道她現(xiàn)在在做什么。

3、接某人
