There's been an explosion at a wedding reception in the Afghan capital, Kabul. Dozens of people are reported to have been killed. Eyewitnesses say the blast was caused by a suicide bomber. No one has admitted carrying out the attack.

Its Secretary-General said nature was suffering unprecedented decline and business as usual was no longer an option.
