I'm in an abandoned urban area pitting my wilderness survival skills against man-made dangers. 我在廢棄之城實踐荒野求生術(shù) 于人為障礙之間穿梭

This is for this.I'm trying to access a building in search of survival essentials. 這是黑暗模式 我在嘗試進(jìn)入這棟建筑 尋找生存必需品

But my torch is out,and the series of ventilation shafts I'm following have just got a load narrower. 但我的火炬滅了 我所處的這節(jié)通風(fēng)管 也變得越來越窄

I hate cramped places like this.you know, there is so much of surviving confined places. 我討厭這種狹窄的地方 在狹小空間里求生要注意很多

It's just about trying to keep calm and not panic. 要保持冷靜 不能慌張

As soon as you panic,your chest cavity expands,and a tight place becomes even tighter.Okay, just reach the end of this. 一旦驚慌 胸腔便會擴(kuò)張 狹小的地方便會感覺更窄 我們要到盡頭了

It's a tight spot,but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel,and one final squeeze should get me there. 這塊特別窄 但我能看見通道盡頭的亮光 只要再擠一下 我就能出去了

I have to control my breathing as best as I can,but the ventilation shaft is full of dust and grime,and I'm reaching choking point. 我要盡可能控制好呼吸 但是通風(fēng)管滿是灰塵與污垢 我快要窒息了

it's a difficult drop from ceiling to floor,requiring some acrobatics. 從房頂跳到地上并不容易 這需要一些技巧

but I'm out and into the top floor of the building.Little bit, I got it, I got it.Man, it's nice to be -- nice to be out of that place. 但我還是出來了 進(jìn)入了頂樓 慢慢的 可以了 天哪 爬出那個地方感覺真好

At least I'm off the roof and into the building.Let's check this place out. 至少我不在屋頂上 而是在建筑物內(nèi)部了 讓我們先看看這個地方
