Well, when you are going into narrow places like this,it's so important not to...not to panic. 當你進入 像這樣如此狹小的地方 最關(guān)鍵的一點就是不要驚慌

you've also got to look after yourself and keep yourself warm. 你還得照顧好自己 保證自己體溫

And as soon as you stop, then you freeze. 一直你停下來 就會凍僵的
