A woman tells her husband she wants to have surgery to enlarge her breasts. He tells her, "Honey，you don't need surgery for that. She asks,"Then how do I do it?" breast和chest都可以指胸部，若想要明確地表示男人 或女人的乳房，則可用breast;若要表示胸腔，則可用 chest。
