The next morning his wife said, "I know you were drinking last night." He asked, "How did you know?" She said, "You left your crutches at the bar.

當(dāng)take后接表示動作的名詞時,take表示“做;采取”, 如:take a cxercise(做運動),take a rest(休息)等。

continue后面若是接動名詞(v. -ing) ,表示動作的持續(xù)性;若是接不定式(to + v),則表示斷斷續(xù)續(xù)或一種習(xí)慣性的行為。如:She continued to study English.她繼續(xù)學(xué)英語。
