Mike: Hurray! We get four hours off from school! I don't really know what we're going to do at this museum, but anything's better than sitting in a classroom all day.
Amanda: I think going to this science museum will be a great experience, very educational. We'll learn even more than we would in class.
Mike: I've always loved dinosaur exhibits since I was a little kid. I hope we get to look around on our own and don't have to watch some boring film or listen to some dumb presentation.
Amanda: If we do watch a film, it won't be dull. It'll be like something on the Discovery channel.
Mike: Like I said...boring. Anyway, we could sit in class and watch that.
Amanda: I'm sure we're not just going to sit and listen the whole time. I hear they've added a new exhibit on plants that includes live specimens, including one that shows how Venus flytraps work. You might like that one.
Mike: Sure, that'll be a scream. I just want to see the dinosaurs, especially the newest one, the 10-foot tall tyrannosaurus!
Amanda: Well, I'm glad at least something sparks your curiosity. It would be a shame to completely disregard this opportunity.
