She realizes that she needs to get "a few things" - some things - "at the market." 她意識到她需要在市場上買“一些東西”——一些東西——“在市場上”。

The market, "market," is another word for a store, usually a store that sells food. 市場，“市場”，是商店的另一個(gè)詞，通常是一個(gè)出售食物的商店。

We would also call that a grocery store. 我們也叫它雜貨店。

Lucy stops at the grocery store - she goes to the grocery store - on her way home. 露西在雜貨店停了下來——她去雜貨店——在回家的路上。

The store is between her subway station and her apartment. 那家商店在地鐵站和她公寓之間。

She picks up, or gets, a cart, "cart." 她拿起一輛手推車，“推車”。

A cart is like a small basket or box that you put your food into when you are shopping at the supermarket or at the market. 購物車就像一個(gè)小籃子或盒子，當(dāng)你在超市或市場購物時(shí)，你把食物放進(jìn)里面。

She walks in and goes "to the produce department." 她走進(jìn)“農(nóng)產(chǎn)品區(qū)域”。

Produce, "produce," is the word we use in, a supermarket or a grocery store, to refer to the fruits and vegetables; we call that the produce. “農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”是我們在超市或雜貨店使用的詞，指的是水果和蔬菜;我們稱之為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。

A department is just a part of a store. 區(qū)域是商店的一部分。

So, you would have in a big supermarket a produce department, maybe a bakery, meat department, a fish department perhaps. 所以，你可能會走進(jìn)一個(gè)大超市，來到一個(gè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品區(qū)域，也許來到一個(gè)面包區(qū)，肉類區(qū)，或者是一個(gè)水產(chǎn)區(qū)。

These are different parts of the store. 這些是商店的不同部分。

Lucy goes "to the produce department to load up on fruit." 露西去農(nóng)產(chǎn)品部買水果。

To load up, "load," up (two words) means to get a lot of. 載滿，“載滿”，(兩個(gè)詞)意味著買很多東西。
