[00:14.56]it is frequently reported that students in the disaster-hit areas
[00:19.41]are desperately lacking educational resources.
[00:22.90]With schools ruined,desks damaged,
[00:26.57]and books lost,
[00:27.81]those pupils and middle school
[00:30.10]students are in urgent need of help.
[00:32.96]Therefore,
[00:34.20]I put forward this proposal to donate used books to them.
[00:38.75]Such an act is advisable in three aspects.
[00:43.22]First, being donated to the students,
[00:47.38]those used books can be put into full play.
[00:50.87]Second, it is the most advisable way for we college students
[00:56.15]to help those in need since we have little income at present.
[01:00.76]Third, this donation can help enhance
[01:04.90]our social responsibility to help those in need.
[01:08.64]Just as the saying goes: "the rose's in her hand,
