　　set (somebody) to work 開(kāi)始做事

　　set to work 表示熱情而果斷地開(kāi)始工作。反之像 set sb to work 一樣，如果 set 后面的賓語(yǔ)為別人時(shí)就表示讓對(duì)方做不情愿做的事情。

　　例句：

　　How about we set to work right now?

　　我們現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始工作怎么樣？

　　I set the kids to work on their textbooks.

　　我讓孩子們看課本去了。

　　Let's set them to work painting the house.

　　讓他們給房子刷漆吧。

　　I'll set you to work organizing the files.

　　我要讓你整理文件。

　　對(duì)話：
