　　釋義：

　　I can't say... 不是……吧，我不能說(shuō)……

　　這是當(dāng)對(duì)某件事并不能確定的時(shí)候使用的表現(xiàn)形式，跟 I'm not sure 表示的是相同的意思。另外，I'd say 主語(yǔ)+動(dòng)詞中的 I'd say 是 I would (could) say 的縮略形式，表示的雖然不能斷定，但是“也可以說(shuō)”。也就是說(shuō)表示的是“好像是”的意思。

　　例句：

　　I can't say who did that.

　　我不知道是誰(shuí)做的。

　　I can't say for certain she'll recover completely.

　　我不能說(shuō)她已經(jīng)完全恢復(fù)過(guò)來(lái)了。

　　I would say that you are around 30 years old.

　　我覺(jué)得你看上去在 30 歲左右。

　　I'd say she died when she was about twenty.

　　她好像是在 20 歲左右的時(shí)候死的。

　　對(duì)話：

　　A:I can't say I've ever been to London.

　　我從來(lái)沒(méi)有去過(guò)倫敦。
