give (somebody) a call (ring, buzz) (給某人)打電話

give 后面如果加上某個行為名詞，變成 give sb a (an)+名詞的形態(tài)就表示“做(某事)”。在 give sb a call (= call sb)中可以看出，動詞的名詞形態(tài)會變成賓語。

例句：

I'll give you a call later tonight.

我今晚給你打電話。

If you have any questions, give me a call.

如果你有問題，隨時打給我。

Give me a call when you get a chance.

有時間就給我打電話。

I have got your cell phone number. I'll give you a call.

我記下你的電話號碼了，回頭打給你。
