get at cold 患上感冒

get 會在很多情況下充當 have，如果有“get+病名”的形式，就表示“患上……”，“得……” 的意思。

例句：

I've got the runs.

我拉肚子了。(= I have diarrhea.)

I've really got a sore throat. Let's get together later.

嗓子好疼，過兩天再聚吧。

I've got the flu. Keep away from me.

我患上流感了，不要靠近我。

Don't touch me. I've got a really stiff neck.
