606　share，separate和divide

① share表示“和……共有，分享”，后接被分享的事物，然后接with和人：share sth. with sb.。share不可接雙賓語。

我的朋友把他的詞典與我共同使用。

My friend shared me his dictionary.

My friend shared his dictionary with me.

② divide意為“分成，分為”，常指把整體分為幾個(gè)部分，常用結(jié)構(gòu)為divide…into。

The teacher divided the students into three groups. 老師把學(xué)生分為三個(gè)組。

③ separate表示“分開，分離”，常用結(jié)構(gòu)為separate…from。

The wall separates one room from the other. 這堵墻把這個(gè)房間同那個(gè)房間分開。
